ACCEPTANCE
OF CONTRACT IS CONTINGENT UPON OUR TECHNICIANS
INSPECTION.
Note*
Coverage includes the primary zone parts and labor for
one occurrence only. Additional zones or parts thereof
will be billed separately. This plan covers 24 hour
emergency service at no extra charge during the months
of October 1st-May 1st. A $65 per hour fee will be
charged from May 2nd through September 31st for after
hour service.
All additional zones, $60.00 per zone. Annual
tune ups must be scheduled between April and
August. Tune ups scheduled between September and
March are subject to a charge of $85.00 plus
tax.
